1. Registration of your Family Account.
Once you decided to register with our Application, we shall require you to provide us with the Identity Information and Contact Data. This is necessary to: a) open your Family Account; b) accede to the Family Account (if you are not a primary registrant). When processing your personal data for this purpose, we rely on the necessity for this for the conclusion and performance of the contract (Terms and Conditions which govern your use of the Application and the related services).
2. Use and purchase of the services within the Application.
We shall require your Identity Information, Contact Data and Financial data to process the payments and purchases made within the Application, keep record of the transactions and wallet balance, and to report you the transactions and send any receipts (if applicable). We do not store any other financial information which is being processed by the payment services provider which terms of service you have to accept for contributing to the wallet. We shall also verify your eligibility to receive the services at our facilities with the aforesaid personal data. Processing of this personal data is required in view of the performance of the contract and our obligations to comply with law requirements (taxation, anti-money laundering).
3. Maintenance and improvements to the services.
We shall require your Usage data to maintain the Application and to improve its safety and usability for you and for the other users, as we have the legitimate interest in doing so. We shall also use your Contact data for serving you the messages about any updates in our terms of service or operations which might affect the performance of a contract with our customers – doing so we rely on our obligations to perform the contract.
4. Safety reasons.
As we value the safety of our guests and their dependents, the facilities are monitored by CCTV cameras which might record the image and audio, including your image, voice, and likeness. Therefore, we shall process and use the Identity Information, for the reason of reporting the incidents and conducting the investigations as we have a legitimate reason in ensuring the safety of our premises and protecting legal claims which might arise in view of using our services and (or) the facilities.
5. Marketing and advertisement.
We shall use your Identity Data, Usage Data, and Contact data for sending you marketing materials and targeted advertising concerning our proposals, services and updates. The aforesaid activities are made possible only upon your consent which you give in the Application and can terminate at any moment subject to your own choice.
3. Consent for Media Filming
By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you give us consent to being photographed or recorded on video and audio for promotional purposes. These recordings may be used in our marketing materials, including social media, advertisements, and website content.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, you might withdraw your consent by reaching out to us by the means set out in section 8 forth.
This consent is valid during five (5) years following the collection date which is a date of recording.
4. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We, PLAY CREATE EAT KIDS AMUSEMENT ARCADE L.L.C, act as the data controller in respect to the personal data you entrust us processing given this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share your data with third-party service providers which act as the ‘data processors’ engaged in advertising, analytics, or related activities to help us serve you better. These third parties are only provided with information necessary for their specific purpose and are bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.
We might be made to share your personal data within the datasets set out in section 1 above, with the law enforcement agencies and any other public authorities, or the courts in the United Arab Emirates in the course of compliance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction and only if required to do so according to the law.

We recognize the importance of protecting children’s privacy and are committed to ensuring their data is handled with the utmost care. Once you entrust us the minors’ personal data, you certify your legal capacity to do so in the role of the legal guardian, parent, or any other category of a legal representative of a minor and agree to release us from any liability for processing the minors’ personal data without proper legal basis. We shall require the minors’ personal data who you added to the Family Account, in order to render services at your cost, but for their benefit, and no other information than the limited scope of the Identity Data shall be used in this regard, namely: name, date of birth, image, voice and likeness (for the purposes set out in section 2(1), 2(2), 2(4) and 3 of this Policy).
Parental or guardian consent is required for any collection or use of a minor’s data. We do not knowingly share minors’ information with third parties for promotional purposes.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While we strive to protect your information, no security system is completely impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
